  The room and service was excellent will definitely stay again. Only bit that spoilt it was 5 people holding a business meeting over coffee rather loudly at the next table while the other guests where trying to have breakfast in peace. No member of staff asked the gentleman to tone down the volume of his meeting it really isn't fair on your guests.

  Updated hotel style compared to other premier inn's I've been in with usb charging by the bed. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Air con would appear to be a good thing but the unit we had was so week you only felt the benefit right next to it. Ok for the price sums it up for me

  Really good size hotel with large free car park adjacent, which is close to Poole town centre & its attractions, plus surrounding areas.
  
  Check-in for my 2 night stay wasn't that friendly, but I did get a top floor room as requested, the lift area didn't look that safe, but I decided to take a chance as the stairs would of exhausted me with my heavy suitcase!
  
  My room was lovely with a shower that had the biggest head I've ever seen, the bed was comfy, TV was large, kettle with complimentary tea, coffee, milk & sugars, desk & chair, plus a large comfortable chair, opposed to a couch the Premier inn rooms usually have, (a great addition), the pillows were a little flat & lifeless like the towels, the window opened, plus there was extra heaters & a fan inside the room, but there was no contact card along with the restaurant menu, which I found disappointing as it would of been useful, so I could ring down my 1st night there due to unnecessary noise from another guest!
  
  This hotel was very noisy both evenings I was staying as well as early in the mornings from 5am, as the floorboards in the hall outside the rooms (which resembles a very long corridor in a block of flats) is very thuddy, plus all the room doors bang when they close, far too much talking to be heard, but one man opposite me I think, liked the sound of his own voice as he was on his mobile talking and arguing pacing up & down the corridor every half hour until almost 3am, so no sleep for me, external noise from the carpark was loud also, so I don't know why their Website states that the windows have been insulated, the curtains were good for blocking out daylight though.
  
  I was going to mention it to Reception the next morning, but this very rude & abrupt lady was there & when I tried talking to her, she just blanked me, she did the same the morning I checked out when I didn't know where to leave my key, disgraceful behaviour, although I didn't encounter one friendly person for the duration of my stay, next time I will book Holes bay as its even closer to town and looks full of character, fairly disappointing stay & I wasn't even asked if everything was alright, as no one wanted to even know, very negligent attitude.
