  Lovely hotel with fantastic views of the sea and reasonably priced.
  Booked for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at the Italian Villa just down the road.
  The staff were very friendly and attentive.
  Breakfast, which was included, was brilliant and the views from the restaurant are outstanding.
  Our room was a standard double. This was a good size with lots of storage and a small table and chairs at one end.
  The bathroom had a spa bath and shower and looked newly installed.
  The only negative was that the room was very warm, we ended up with the windows open all night in January.
  Have to say though that all in all this was a fantastic hotel and I'm sure we will return. Next time we'll make some time to visit their sister hotel just down the road which is a spa, apparently you are able to use the facilities if you are a guest at the Harbour Heights.

  Went for afternoon tea. We'd booked ahead for it, but when we arrived they weren't prepared for it and had to take the order again. Due to allergy requirements in the group, this caused an even longer wait. Apart from that, the food was good; with a nice selection of sandwiches and cakes. The dining area was attractive, with comfy seating and a good view.

  Good view from the terrace but limited facilities and no pool. Lots of the rooms have a disappointing view over the car park. Staff and overall decor was more like a 3* than a 4* hotel. We paid the 'normal' rate of £220 room plus breakfast which was massively overpriced. Would only recommend it if you go on one of their special offers. £80 per night would be reasonable value for a room.

  Lovely hotel great location and views. Food is pretty good. Staff welcoming. Stayed several times before and not disappointed. Can use the facilities in the sister hotels which is handy but these are not such impressive hotels. Drinks veranda is lovely in the evening especially to watch the sunset. All in all a great place to stay.
