  BE WARNED they have changed their policy's on replacing pizzas if what they have served you is inadequate. If you collect your order, return home to find a soggy pizza and you won't RETURN to the store to complain, they won't refund you or replace your pizza... Order from the Fleetsbridge store - only round the corner and much better customer service!!!!!

  Order delivered, tipped the driver. 1st I ended up with another customers pizza as well as my order. I rang them & they told me to keep it & did apologise, It ended up in the bin I don't eat what was on it, a complete waist! Then I realised my drink was missing I rang them back & yes they did deliver it eventually. The wedges were hard. Pizza cold & soggy. Not worth the £. I haven't ordered for over a year. I won't be doing that again in a hurry. Wish I never bothered

  i was happy to have a new pizza place nearby so i went in...not other custimers there, four member of staff there , not even hi!, completely ignored , ok nevermind, so i read the menu , choose my pizzas and...still invisible....i try to attract their attention... waste of time...nobody noticed me.....eventually the one on the counter look at me....i think he said..just a minute!ok another minute o so...then i decided that i had enough, so just to let you know, you just lost a customer
