  Terrible , me and my mother went for steak, menu described skinny fries all meals served with vegetables non come just fat chips, asked for medium rare got burnt... ( As far as I'm concerned) !!! Sent it back got raw paid for wine and left very disappointed. Charge 20 pound for a steak and can't cook it !!!!

  A very good indeed main course and friendliness of staff spoilt enitely by the fact that our £2.50 Expressos at the end of the meal were cold and barely enough to fill a teaspoon (don't expect this in an Italian Restaurant) this added to the fact that although having visited to make the booking in person for Mother's Day and specially requesting one of two tables near the window and having it agreed and written in the reservations book only to find that they tried to place us on completely the opposite side of the restaurant with the excuse that they had had to alter tables - the table that we booked was taken up by an Italian family who arrived 10 mins before we finished - did not think much of that!

  Best meal I have had is 10 years in Dorset, it was a pleasure to dine there. It reminds me how bland the food is in many restaurant's around Dorset; it is so long since I have had a tasty meal. Staff were attentive and welcoming and a range of meals for everyone's taste; not just lasagna, bolognaise or carbonara. We are definitely going back.
